I was reading an article in this month's Ozark Farm and Neighbor which got me thinking about being prepared for life uncertainties like loss of a job,etc. you fill in the blank. When you go shopping spend a little extra on non perishables, just think what happens when the weatherman says there is a snow storm coming! The store shelves empty out in a matter of hours. By the way we are drying off our goat dairy till next spring, see you next April.

Yesterday evening I delivered a calf to the processor. The price is 1.60 per lb, on the hanging weight, you pay the processing or 3.00 per lb. on hanging weight and I pay processing. Call me at 417-576-5933.
