Lennox was the go-to source for innovative solutions required by local farmers, tradesmen, and manufacturers. In 1895, he fabricated iron castings for a revolutionary furnace that was being developed - one that utilized riveted steel instead of the standard cast iron, which tended to leak coal smoke into homes. These steel furnaces allowed Lennox to expand his manufacturing operation to launch the Lennox Furnace company. #Lennox125
