Recovery Painting

I'm so glad I got to see this completed. We only sanded for days and painted the white. The guy that built it is a master of his trade without a doubt. Im blown away

Someone tracked me down a few minutes ago and gave me this as a thank you/bonus. You all are awesome thank you so much. It will likely be installed tonight and be used really really soon. I love it!

Well this should be a challenge. Making it pop for ole glory days and the summer.

The look i give when I spray then back roll a couple thousand sq ft of 10 ft high ceiling's by myself. Just because I could do it 20 years ago solo doesn't mean I should try it now lol. My arms are jello. My doctor says to delegate more. Bahahaha I should listen better.

Here we go again. 8 ft doors and 10 ft ceiling's with some 20 ft. This is another big one thats going to be beautiful.

First 10 pictures are after, the rest are before and during. We have been working on this house on and off for maybe a couple years and today we finished the hardest stage of it and put it all back together. Dana and Courtney Banks are awesome people to work for. Taking over their home while they are living there has many challenges for us and especially them but it all worked out great I'm so glad to have this behind us lol. This was a little intimidating I won't lie but I have an awesome crew. We did the railing about a year ago. All the orange colored stain is finally gone.

Corey and I didn't like the cracks showing and was certain the owners wouldn't either so we brushed all of them. Couldn't spray it with this wind so we did it the hard way.

Master bed and bathroom transformation complete. Re-done the trim. Replaced a solid door. Moved everything and hung up all the pictures and decor. Tuff job but what a difference. I'll add a couple before pictures at the end. Now to the living room.

This is a tuff job but a big transformation. I love it. I picked the .5 creamy color ceiling and owner picked the heavy cream color trim and basket beige walls. Looks awesome

Amazing difference getting rid of that orange trim and painting it. Little expensive but big difference.

Caulked and not Caulked. Pretty obvious choice to me.

Both garage door frames was rotten. So you could patch it and paint it, the easy way, or you can rip it all apart and replace everything. Even the bottom whether strip. Do it right or don't do it at all.
