Reclaiming the Wood

I finally made some time to get out in the shop and finish up a project that I've been wanting to do for quite a while! Before I started my next piece I wanted to do some reorganizing. These two tools were on a workbench that was WAY too large and took up much more space than necessary. In fact, it often became a catch-all. So, I found this flippable benchtop that allows two tools to be mounted and rotated within one footprint, bought the materials, and finally built it! Now I can easily swap from my jointer to my planer without carrying my boards from one tool to another. AND it's on casters so it can easily be moved for sweeping between projects!

Getting this cutting board finished up. There are a couple of small voids on the bottom that I need to fill with resin, but I think it's going to turn out nice!

Live edge Cherry bar is nearing completion! I got the cracks and knot filled with epoxy this weekend and just installed the bowties to keep it from cracking more in the future. Now I just need to seal it with a few coats of sealer and install the legs and railing! It's 54" long, 15" wide, and 3" thick!
