Brandon and I have another listing! This house is so charming and well loved.

I know I don't do a good job of putting all of our listings on here or finding ways to humble brag about how busy we are. If I'm totally honest, though, it is because we are genuinely busy (humblebrag win!). I forget some days how amazing it is to help people find new homes, turn to new chapters in their lives, and more. This career provides me a unique window into the way people live their lives, what they value, and what they aspire to in a way I never expected. I remain p...rofoundly humbled by the role we get to play in all of that. I guess I'm feeling nostalgic because this is one of the few homes I'm getting to see a second time. I represented the current owner when she bought the home. She told me, "This is what I want, but it is already under contract." So, I got to work. While trying to find her the perfect house, the deal in place fell apart. We were able to swoop in and scoop it up. Since then it has remained a wonderful home for her. It gave her a place to call home that was truly her own. She addressed everything from drainage issues to HVAC to make sure it was ready to face another century or more. Deals like this one don't come along often because houses like this don't come along often. But, this time, the universe has conspired to make this one available again. This house is adorable. Everywhere you look you see how much the current owners loved it and cared for it. Very excited about their new chapter, and to help the next family find their way into this lovely home.
