Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been neglecting my page and making delicious food lately, but I’m back on this weekend. Life happens and I needed to spend time with my family and also we are beginning (I should say continuing) the process of sprucing up our basement! Yes, I have been slacking lately, but catching up S.L.O.W.L.Y. this week. After a rough weekend and a relaxing Father’s Day, I made 4 Italian lemon chicken and 8 funeral potato casseroles. Tonight if I’m not completely exhausted from only 2 hours of sleep, I’ll be making 8 pans of baked ziti! Pray for me y’all. Teenagers are THE worst.
