ALL state offices, along with the Ray County Health Department, will be closed on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 due to inclement winter weather and hazardous road conditions. The COVID-19 hotline will remain open from 7am to 7pm at 877-435-8411. Stay safe and warm!
Following a recent White House announcement regarding the launch of the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 vaccine administration, federal partners ha...ve selected 102 retail pharmacies to join Missouri in the effort to make vaccine available to all eligible Missourians. Eighty-one Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacy locations will begin receiving vaccines from a federal allocation (not out of the state’s weekly allocation), and vaccinations will begin Friday, February 12 at participating locations in Missouri. Eligible customers can schedule a vaccine appointment via the Walmart and Sam’s Club websites once appointments are available, making it convenient to get vaccinated while allocation lasts. Find participating locations: https://corporate.walmart.com//covid-19-va/_proxyDocument ------------------ In Missouri, the federal government is ONLY partnering with Walmart and Health Mart pharmacies. The state did NOT choose the pharmacies to which vaccines will be distributed. This program is above and beyond the State’s limited weekly allotment.
RCMH and Ray County Health Department currently does NOT have COVID-19 vaccine available. We will provide an update once further information become available.
Beginning the activation of Phase 1B is all about saving lives and protecting those most vulnerable to exposure and illness from this virus. We are looking forw...ard to increased vaccine supply from the federal government in the coming weeks as supply is the leading factor that dictates our movement through our plan. The more supply we receive, the quicker we can reach our goal of making vaccines available to every Missourians who wants one. Visit MOStopsCOVID.com to learn more. #ShowMeStrong
Huge THANK YOU to the Richmond Kiwanis Club for the treats and for thinking of us during these challenging times! We appreciate you!
