Thursday Youth Class Update Our Thursday youth class will shift an hour later to the 5:30-6:30 time slot for the summer starting this Thursday, June 10th. Also, a reminder that any youth members can come to any/all of our classes from 1-2pm on Sundays, 6-7pm on Wednesdays, and 5:30-6:30 on Thursdays. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks all!

Just a reminder we will be closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day for regular classes. We will open again on Saturday for Advanced Striking/MMA at 11 and Open Gym at Noon. For all non members, there will now be a $10 drop-in fee for Open Gym.

Starting this Saturday, January 9th, our Open Gym hours will change to 1-3pm. There will be a $10 drop-in for non-members. We will now have an invite only Advanced Sparring session from 12-1pm led by coach Eric. If you are unsure which session to attend, check with a coach. Thank you to everyone for your flexibility as we continue to grow and tweak things!
