Just finished making a batch of Sweater Weather syrup. This is becoming a staple at our cafe this season. All of y'all seem to love it. In case you don't know. It's a syrup made with brown sugar, figs, cara cara orange zest, ginger, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon. Cara cara oranges are fun substitute for navel oranges. They are a hybrid between navel and grapefruit so it is a lil bit more acidity and the fruit inside is slightly redder than a normal orange. If you see it at the store you should try it out!

Did you know that we've started carrying @coffeepeoplezine? It's really awesome. It is filled with art from people that work in coffee from fine arts, digital art, poetry and short stories. This issue is focused around the art created during the pandemic. The next issue is going to be amazing. Keep an eye out for that one as well.

It's going to feel the autumn for the next few days. While we don't quite have our new seasonal drinks yet. It's perfect weather for hot latte or even a tea latte with our honey vanilla or lavender syrup.

Ad Astra is a very heavy, dark-roasted blend of high density coffees from Africa and Indonesia. Dark chocolate is a prominent throughout, marked by a cola-like sweetness and lingering tone of caramelized sugar.

New Coffee! We just got this coffee on Wednesday and can't wait to try it. We have it for sale on our shelf. ///// This coffee was grown by 1,450 smallholders belonging to the Barichu Farmers Cooperative Society. The co-op's goal is to help educate farmers on crop husbandry and other agricultural practices important to sustainable production of quality coffee, including intercropping to provide shade for coffee trees, using fresh river water for washing coffee, and then using the wastewater from the washing process to water the soil. @ PT's Coffee Power & Light
