"My advice to a new Profile member would be to remember to be kind to yourself. If you have a bad day and you've eaten everything in sight, just remember tomorrow is a new day. Don't get discouraged. THIS PROGRAM WORKS." Thank you Wayne for your advice and a big congratulations for achieving your weight loss goal!

"I've been on the Profile Plan since February 20th and so in 3 months I've lost 43 lbs. Not only have I lost 43 lbs but I'm also sleeping better, Have more energy and fit into clothes that I haven't worn in probably 16 years. For years I have needed and wanted to lose weight but each day I would wake up, have the initial energy and enthusiasm to declare "Today is the day!" only to see my energy level wane by mid-afternoon and the morning declaration reduced to shambles with a... trip to the vending machine or a stop at the convenience store for a pick-me-up. For anyone who is ready to commit themselves to weight loss I would recommend the Profile Plan. What is most important to me when committing to a diet is having the belief that what I am attempting will be successful I do have that belief with this plan and now I have the proof. It works." So proud of Gail's accomplishment with Profile and his ability to stick to the plan to become a healthier version of himself. Way to go Gail!
