There is no better time to work on your game but through the winter. Focus on all of those small details that you may still not have committed to muscle memory. We will work on becoming a better athlete by:... increasing range of motion stability mobility strength quickness and speed detailed footwork detailed glove work infield and outfield play detailed throwing mechanics. Also, all aspects of hitting.... mechanics to increase power plate coverage vision drills for recognition to help increase reaction time and decision making. Another important part we train is the focus on the mind and philosophy of different approaches that will fit what type of player you are. Overall, a winter filled with confidence-boosting info that will get you ready for next season! Check for deets on how to get set up. See you in November, guys and gals!

PRIME had a busy weekend all around. 18s played MidAmerica Nazarene & Washburn. 11s & 14s played at Capital Federal. ... 12 games in total 11s brought home the Championship in the top bracket for their tournament. They took down the #1 seed after losing to them the day before. Rick is only one man and can’t possibly attend all of the games on weekends like this, when the teams are all over the state. There is no way we could pull these tournaments off without the help of our incredible support system. We have the BEST assistant coaches ready & willing to step in when needed, in games and practices. A massive THANK YOU to all of our coaches this weekend!! You guys help make this all work out for the kids. Ryan Cranmer Dwain Ireland Harv Antle Nelson Holman Marty Grotjan Brice Eiserer

Great job, boys!!

We have been closed for almost 7 weeks during one of the busiest times of year at a place like ours. But we have FABULOUS news As of Monday, May 4th PPA will be OPEN! All personal training, baseball & softball lessons will be running. We have some extra precautions to follow, but at least we are able to reopen!... Whether we agree with recommendations or not, we are required to follow the rules and pass along any recommendations that the state and city put forth. There will be required hand washing or sanitizing upon immediate entrance to the facility. Per the guidelines, It is "recommended" but not required that people wear a facemask while in public. Rick will not be wearing one unless you personally request that he does. Limit the amount of contact you have with others & don't lick, sneeze, cough, spit etc on any equipment or balls. Maintain social distancing at 6 ft at all times possible. Please do not bring extra people into the facility if possible. Basically, use common sense and good hand hygiene. Team practices will resume June 1 with hopes that the fields will be open again. Lesson availability is opened up through May. You can go to the scheduler and make appointments or contact us. We look forward to serving you again. Who is ready to play some balll!?!?!?!?!?!?
