Contracts to my Valentine buyers who went under contract yesterday on their first home!! What a way to celebrate the day!

In honor of Valentine’s Day this weekend, I felt like this was very fitting! A mentor of mine once told me The day I start SELLING real estate is the day I need to retire. What he meant is that real estate isn’t about selling people on a home, it’s about matching people with the RIGHT home and providing an invaluable experience along the way. This is absolutely my goal and something I have taken to heart in my work. Happy early Valentine’s Day to you all!

Okay y’all.. this might seem insignificant but it can make a HUGE difference (especially in these cold days)!! We recently have had issues with our home not getting warm and feeling like our furnace wasn’t working properly. My brother in law suggested we check the air filter and change it out. The filter had a thick layer of dust & grime. Since changing it out, our house has felt WARM for the first time this winter! We had no idea the damage we were potentially doing to our system. Take this seriously and make sure to change your filters regularly! It’s a simple and quick maintenance task that can save you from more costly issues down the road.
