Pray For

Just read an amazing book recently called 'How to Pray' by R. A. Torrey! I gotta tell ya, in over 27 years of praying to our Lord, this is the first time in my life I can actually say I've had answered prayer, and more than that, typically, I've gotten the answer I was hoping for to boot! God is great! God bless all, definitely recommend the book if you have the time and can find a copy! If not on either of those charges, start here... Romans 8:26 which simply instructs us that when we pray, ask God to send the Holy Spirit to pray for us, since we don't know how to pray ourselves. It's a wonderful idea, and works better than I'd have ever imagined!

Please pray for my grandmother-in-law, she fell today, may have a broken arm, and doesn't remember anything... :( so please keep her in your prayers. God bless!

Please pray for Denise Moran Bennett's brother who is in surgery now for the next 7 hours.

There's an organization that is trying to change the world for the better. They're known as Team LIFE and I'm a huge supporter. I know 1 of their goals is to reach out to church bodies all over the country, to try and get as many church-going people to actually FOLLOW God instead of simply being a fan. Please keep them in your prayers as this effort will take a tremendous amount of support to facilitate!

I have a friend who's son is undergoing a trying time in his life. At the moment, he's incarcerated and at this point, has a court date scheduled in September I believe. Please keep her and her son in prayer.

Please pray for a little boy named Easton today in the St. Louis area. He came down for surgery earlier in the week, and has been here ever since. Keep him in our prayers please.

Please pray for all of the married couples in our nation today. America is at an all-time high for divorce right now. Ultimately, a God honoring marriage will be fruitful and long lasting, for the glory of God. It's when we take God out of the equation, that things go south. Please pray for our nation!

Please say a prayer for a woman's friend James. He has terminal brain cancer and is in the final stages. His darling wife and sweet daughter are being very brave. Never has a finer man walked the Earth. Heaven will be rejoicing when James enters Paradise!

Please continue to pray for healing in my marriage. God's working, I can see it, just don't know what His will is, or what His timing is... so, please continue to pray for us all! Thank you!

Please pray for me, that God would send me somebody to keep me accountable. What I mean, is anytime I do, say, see, think, etc. of something that would keep me from putting God first... let me know. Please... so I can grow further. Sometimes I'm pretty dense :(

Please lift up a dear friend of mine, and fellow servant of God. He's going to be traveling, with his wonderful wife, and would simply ask that they find rest during their travels.

A friend of mine has a sick little girl today, she's on her way to pick her up now. Please keep them in your prayers.
