We have a couple of new items beginning this week. try our braised shortrib with horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and demiglace, and our pan seared salmon with asparagus, blistered tomatoes, brown basmati rice, and orange beurre rouge! Big squash soup (vegan!). And we’ve made salt caramel, and we’re serving it in an apple tartlet with rye whiskey whipped cream. It’s delicious!
