Menu for Tuesday 08/30/2016 Siomay ( Please inbox or text to order. thank you) Siomay, is an Indonesian steamed fish dumpling with vegetables served in peanut ...sauce. It is derived from Chinese Shumai. It is considered a light meal that is similar to the Chinese Dim Sum, but is cone shaped. It is traditionally made from tenggiri fish meat. Sometimes other types of seafood such as tuna, mackerel, and prawn also can be used to make siomay. Other complements to siomay are steamed cabbage, potatoes, bitter gourd, boiled egg and tofu. Siomay is cut into bite size pieces and topped with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce and a dash of lime juice. See more

It has been too long!!! I miss you guys, I'm so sorry for the lack of updates. Mom and I are home, mom just got back from 2 months of skiing trip, so we are on track with our first catering order that I will announce the menu soon. If you have our punch card and its punch all the way through, you can get some $$ off from your order. See you soon!!!

We wanted to thank you Wichita for supporting us on our last days open. We have sell most of our food, there for we won't be open anymore. Catering will start beginning of March, as soon as I get back from Indonesia, I know some of you already has my numbers, for those that interested message me in Facebook. Mean while, expect food porn from me when I'm in Indonesia. Hope to see you soon :-)

We still have couple orders of chicken satay that I marinated over night to sell for tomorrow, so we will be open tomorrow if you want to enjoy some of our finest sticks of chicken satay, also we will be making some curry sauce and soups. Nasi bungkus special is here to stay, so get your fix, I'm predicting with this rate, we will be gone as soon as Tuesday or Wednesday :-)

I hate delivering bad news and I wish life are always full of rainbows and kisses. Sadly, after long 9 months of struggle, we decided to closed, some of you already know that my parents are the biggest role in the success of my restaurant. Last week or so, my dad had a heart attack, even though it was a mild one, it changed the course of our life. Our last day of operation will be February 7th just couple days before we leave for Indonesia, however if we sold most of our raw ...materials before then, we will be closing early. So it all depends on how the sales going next week. I wish to see some of you and chit chat as we usually did during my free time, but I know life sometimes gets in the way. Also, I wanted to say, even though we are closed down, mom and I are still offering catering service, just like we did before we open Bali Cafe, so shoot me a message if you are interested. See more
