PNAGKC’s healthy initiative walk October 3 at Tomahawk Trails so much fun

Reminder about our walk tomorrow. A little chilly, dress up appropriately. It will be a nice walk. Here’s a photo of the park. Cecille Diego and I walked 3 mile...s on the trails today. Park in front of the blue playground with a small shelter in front. No electric outlet and bathroom is past a mile walk, porta potty available. See you! Hint - follow your GPS and turn before the signal light (coming from 435). If you miss the turn, you will end up turning in mission road and will be directed to u turn. See more

PNAGKC is committed to maintain their sanity, well being and resiliency from the daunting pandemic. After the PNAA virtual 5K last July, we thought it’s a good idea to do it once a month. An opportunity to stay fit, healthy and meet up. So, here we are today.

Kudos to SCR f...or leading the regions as well as to our new top 5 chapters, #1PNANorth Houston, #2PNATennessee, and #3PNAIndiana, #4PNATexasNorth, and #5PNAMetroHouston. We have already surpassed the voter turnout from 2 years ago but we can still do much better than that. Please be reminded to direct all inquiries/questions to [email protected].
