bio: I aspire to write music that everyone, in all walks of life, can relate to. All my music is inspired by the evidence I see of God at work in my life. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart always be acceptable in his sight. I’m a staff worship leader for #thefunchurch in Sikeston, Missouri (2014-Present) and I’m an independent touring artist (2010-Present). I’ve spent the last eight years leading worship and performing in venues and churches all over the U.S. (and even the U.K.). I’ve opened for/shared stages with: Jimmy needham, The Almost, Sidewalk Prophets, Tenth Avenue North, Matt Maher, Peter Furler, John Crist and have performed in the canal side lounge on ‘Kidd Kraddick in the morning.’ I released my first full length album (Love & Life) on November 4, 2016.

Church News: Christmas Card Box The box will not be out this year. Not everyone is participating in on-site worship and we don’t want cards just sitting there. We hope you send cards out to friends you haven’t seen in a while or call them. In light of how displaced we all are from friends and family, let’s do what we can to bring a smile to someone. Christmas Eve Services... Thursday, December 24th 4 pm, 7pm & 11pm Reverse Advent Calendar Our Congregation will be collecting food in December by the Reverse Advent Calendar Pick up a box in the foyer anytime after Thanksgiving, especially Sunday, November 29. Start collecting food each day in December as listed on the calendar. Bring your box back to the church Sunday after Christmas and we will dedicate our boxes at that time. The Confirmation class will then deliver them to the Food Pantry. If you have any questions, please call Jean Pinkston, 816-520-7965 Kitchen Needs The kitchen appliances are 17 years old and are starting to have issues. There will be an ongoing Kitchen fund started to replace these appliances as time goes on. If you would like to donate to the cause just write kitchen on the memo. Christmas Play The Pleasant Hill Theatrical Guild is presenting Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus On Friday, Dec. 18 and Saturday, Dec 19, 7:00 pm in the gym. Tickets are online only at https://www.facebook.com/PHTheatricalGuild or call Susana in the Church office at 816-540-2072. There will be social distance seating and masks are recommended.
