Aubrey decided to try a new (for her) board break: a jump front kick. She used our medium green rebreakable board (9" X 12") and nailed it!

2021-05-27 - Harley's Second Blue Belt Stripe! Congratulations for learning all of your Yellow-Recommended form, Integrity!!!

2021-05-06 - Adam's first board break! His dad was nice enough to hold our Red Board (about 5-6" X 12") for him ... and Adam broke it! Congratulations!

2021-05-06 - After breaking her first wood board, Christina has been practicing hard on breaking our rebreakable boards. Targeting, focus, technique, and power are so important if you want to break a board. Here she breaks our Green board!

Eric used three of our rebreakable boards for his break. The three boards were equal to three wood boards. Unfortunately the break didn't quite go as planned ... Still a good break!

Cameron used two of our brown boards for a downward hammerfist break. That's the same as breaking three wood boards! Congratulations Cameron!

Testing is close. Lots of red stripes for sparring sets earned ... and then time for fun photos!
