The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Our mission for Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness has always been patient safety and satisfaction. We ask that you evaluate your health prior to your appointment. If you are feeling ill, have a cough or fever, have been e...xposed to someone who is ill, or have traveled to any endemic areas affected by COVID-19, you must reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling. We are ensuring that all staff are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and Kansas City Health Department (KCHD). We wish to share some immediate steps we’ve taken to help you, our patients, and employees stay safe and healthy. We continue to receive the most up-to-date information and are taking the following actions to date: We are screening every patient to identify and limit potential exposure of COVID-19 in our clinic. We are monitoring the clinic to ensure that we are properly stocked with the appropriate cleaning supplies. We are increasing the frequency of regular schedule cleanings and sanitation efforts across the clinic, especially in high traffic areas. All exam rooms are equipped with a hand washing stations, hand sanitizer, and hospital grade disinfectant. We are scheduling longer appointment times to promote social distancing and ensure additional time for the highest level of sanitation between patients. We are requiring and monitoring all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand-washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all nonessential travel.
