An Evening of Jazz tickets now available for sale to all music parents. Jazz parents may also buy more for family and friends if they need them. $10 each. Call Dr. Matt Bonsignore at 816-858-2822 ext. 1270. No tickets will be sold at the door this year.

With the end of the school year rapidly approaching, it's time to start thinking about next year. The current MPA executive board is moving on.The following positions need to be filled: President Vice President 1 Vice President 2 Secretary ... Treasurer There are also several committee positions available, Yuletide Market, Casino Night, and Evening of Jazz are just a few. This is a wonderful opportunity to become more involved with the band program. If you have any interest in learning more about any of these positions, please reach out to an existing board member. Executive board elections will be held in May. See more

Senior parents, please make sure your child has signed up to have their picture taken for senior banners. We are moving along pretty quickly, so if your child would like to come up earlier than the time they signed up, please send them. We will make sure to keep everyone social distanced!

Senior parents, please have your child check their google classroom for a sign-up sheet for senior banners. We need your child to sign up for a time ASAP. The pictures will be taken tomorrow, Friday 08/28, starting at 7:30. Please remind your student not to arrive before their scheduled time, to wear a face covering and to social distance while in the building. We apologize for the short notice.

Reminder: Traditions Band Camp starts tomorrow evening, 08/10 at 6pm. Please report directly to Pirate Stadium. Remember to bring a mask and a water bottle. Camp will conclude at 9pm and all students must be off campus by 9:30pm. Camp will run Monday-Friday (08/10-08/14), students must attend all 5 days.

Pride and Traditions camp information will be sent to your students' school email account on Wednesday, July 22. Please remind your student to check their email for important camp information.
