I took this photo my first day in my new position in 2017. At just 23 I was one of the youngest promoted Supervisors at this Fortune 500 company and was so proud! I started out as a customer care associate in 2013 and set big goals and crushed them fast. I just knew I’d retire from ADS. Yet, October 2019 this company did something they’ve never done before. They eliminated nearly 600 leadership positions through December. Mine being one of them. It was at that moment I decide...d I didn’t want to be left to feel like that again. I didn’t want to leave my fate in someone else’s hands ever again. I was laid off on a Wednesday, and by that Friday I was enrolled in Real Estate school. The following Monday I started class. This is my WHY and it’s okay to remind yourself of your why every single moment to continue! I’m extremely grateful for everyone that supports me on this journey! Rather you allowed me to assist on the purchase of your forever home, sell your old home, shared my post, tagged me in a post, or even referred someone to me..
