Pinecrest Campground and Cabins

Pinecrest Campground and Cabins and the local community needs everyone’s help. As some people know we are having some problems with a neighbor that has purchased a parcel of land between us and the Public Federal land where the Schafer Lakes are right behind us. He has closed the road off with fencing and gates and has sued us stating that we are trespassing on his land when we ride down the roadway to the lakes. We are fighting it in court right now to get him to open the pu...blic access road back up. We need information and statements from people who have used the road. So, if everyone could please take a little bit of your time and help us out that would be great. Just email or send a letter stating how many years you have used the road (e.g., ridden, hiked, or driven that roadway), even if it was before we owned the campground or if you rode from another campground and traveled that road. We need your full name, address, and phone number. If anyone ever gave you permission to use the road, we need to know who gave you permission or why you believed you had the right to use the road.
