Phoenix Rise and Shine Challenge!!! 50 jumping jacks 10 push ups 50 squats... 40 crunches 25 lunges (per leg) 60 second wall sit We are challenging all of you (including your kiddos) to do this short workout each morning to get your day started! This challenge ends Easter Sunday and we will have a new one starting immediately after! ***also keep your eye on our page for daily home workouts!***
