Almost done.. a little paint to match the other chimney and a new cap and done. Boy do I hate parging and painting brick.

A little repair done. Ready for new windows and a fine stucco finish on the front of building and inside.

Getting ready to do a couple fireplaces.. Todays focus is the demolition and prep of cement board and other modifications needed to hold the weight of the stone.
