Commission Report for the week of May 31st to June 4th May 31 - Courthouse Closed in Observance of Memorial Day - Eastern Commissioner Israel Baeza attended th...e Memorial Day Service hosted by the VFW Post 2591 at Crown Hill Cemetery June 1 - Commission held general discussions regarding the proposed Lodging Ordinance presented by the Head of Section for Environmental Public Health at Pettis County Health Department Dave Switzner on May 17th. - Commission moved to accept the Lodging Ordinance 02-2021 #1832 as it was approved by the Pettis County Health Board of Trustees on May 6th, 2021. - The Commission moved to rescind a previous action taken on May 28th, 2021 regrading Claycomb Bridges and have them remain programmed as BRO Projects. - Sheriff Brad Anders and I.T. Director Luke Goosen to discuss cameras and littering/illegal dumping around the County. Also present: Chief Deputy Rowe - Jail Census: 146 inmates June 2 - President of the Dresden School Board Linda Harris and her husband Shawn Harris presented Western Commissioner Jim Marcum with a letter in regards to the Waste Management Plant coming to the County and visited with the Commission. - Joint Communications Director Dannye Lauder to present a contract for review and action regarding a shared Missouri Uniform Laws Enforcement System (MULES) agreement with the City of Sedalia. The Commission moved to enter this as New Business and moved to approve the contract to enter a shared MULES agreement with the City of Sedalia.
