Well, my bags are packed, I'm ready to go..... moved into my new space in Overland Park. Really excited!! It's been a lot of work, and my new car is already in the shop (what is it with me and cars?) This is how you make a sandwich... New Orleans Muffulatta: scoop out the center of Farm to Market Semolina Sesame bread, make a 25 ingredient olive salad, layer smoked ham, Mortadella, Genoa salami, mozzarella, and provolone. Wrap tightly 24 hours, then cut into wedges.

This pork tenderloin was butterflied and stuffed with a delicious mixture of bacon, kale, roasted red peppers, lemon juice, mayo, nutritional yeast (dairy free) and some bread crumbs (gluten free panko).
