Well, my bags are packed, I'm ready to go..... moved into my new space in Overland Park. Really excited!! It's been a lot of work, and my new car is already in the shop (what is it with me and cars?) This is how you make a sandwich... New Orleans Muffulatta: scoop out the center of Farm to Market Semolina Sesame bread, make a 25 ingredient olive salad, layer smoked ham, Mortadella, Genoa salami, mozzarella, and provolone. Wrap tightly 24 hours, then cut into wedges.

I am a big believer in eating carbs, good carbs that is. Here is an amazing article that really highlights how well this works to help those with prediabetes and diabetes 2. This pork tenderloin was butterflied and stuffed with a delicious mixture of bacon, kale, roasted red peppers, lemon juice, mayo, nutritional yeast (dairy free) and some bread crumbs (gluten free panko). This chicken breast is amazingly tender! Greek yogurt is the trick. Marinade for at least 1 hour, up to 12. Add some dried sumac or marjoram to the mix with lemon juice, salt and a touch of olive oil. Grill or saute in a pan. #mealprepkansascity #personalchef #HealthyAtHome #cookingclass
