The recycling center will remain closed until we can get the lot safe for you to walk and drive. It's a sheet of ice currently. We will be working to improve it today as it warms up. The Recycling center wants to thanks all of its patrons for another successful year of recycling and encourage folks to keep up the good work. We would also like to thank our little patrons that help recycle in the county. We have purchased a recycling truck for 1 lucky kiddo for xmas. Entry forms are in the drive through. 1 entry per kid please. Thanks again for all your support.

The solid waste dept is wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving and wants to remind you of hours through the holiday. Recycling will be closed Thursday to Saturday and will reopen 7am November 30th. Transfer station will be closed Thursday and Friday and reopen on Saturday November 28th from 8am to 11 am. Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving

Reminder!!!! Food cans are tin and need to go in the tin can bin not the aluminum. Also Reminder!!!! Pie pans,aluminum foil and other aluminum items DO NOT go in the aluminum cans. This is for aluminum cans only! Thank you
