Being overprotective can be a natural urge for many parents, but it often produces unhealthy consequences. #Parenting #Kids #Counseling . Parent: I won’t let anything bad ever happen to my son. . Me: Oh no!! Don’t do that! Help your son become strong by allowing him to experience adversity so that, later in life, any number of things might happen to him and he’ll be able to withstand it.... . Parent: I don't know if I can do that... How can I do that? . Me: Raise your son in such a way that when they need love and care you’re there for them, but otherwise, you must encourage them to go out into the world. See more
