We had a call today asking if we are no longer offering grooming starting in June. This couldn't be further from the truth. We have begun plans to expand our training, boarding AND grooming portions of the buisness and have no plans of slowing down :)

Its been a busy spring here at Paws N Claws! From Competitions, to shows, board and trains and such an increase of buisness..... We just wanted to reach out to all of you and THANK you all for all your patience with us!

Due to the CDC guidelines, we are forced to quarantine till Dec. 15th. This means all grooming and boarding and training are canceled till the 15th. We are VERY VERY sorry for the inconvenience, but are working hard at deep cleaning and sanitizing our entire building as I type this out. We are also calling to reschedule everyone who had grooming, boarding, and training appointments set before the 15th. Everyone who has not been called, please check your voice-mail or give ...us a call tomorrow to reschedule. We will be checking our voice-mail daily to accommodate any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you all for understanding durring this frustrating, difficult and unpredictable time. Good news!!! We are now accepting grooming appointments at 7:30 AM Mon-Friday Hopefully this makes grooming appointments more accessible for those early risers!

Hello all!! Just wanted to introduce myself and family. We will be moving down to Houston next month and will be helping the Paws N Claws family with boarding and even grooming! We will also be offering lessons for those of you interested in teaching some new behaviors to your dogs! My husband's name is Drew, I'm Stephanie, our daughter is Elsa (shed 11), and our little guy is Asher (8 month old) We currently have 5 dogs! Yes its a crazy house hold but we make it work well :...) Tater is our 5 year old heeler Coco Bear is pur token chihuahua Goose is my boy...sable german shepherd Ichy is the black GSD pup And lastly we are raising a sweet GSD pup named I'Rage for my friend for future sport work! We are all so excited to meet you all!!!

We need cat food! Can you help? When we began our work in Texas County 3 years ago we were not aware of the volume of cat colonies and the tremendous size of ...these colonies. We knew overpopulation was an issue but the sheer number of abandoned and unwanted cats is mind blowing. Right out of the gate we got a call to help with a colony of 50+. It had begun just 3 years earlier by a single female calico. We thought that was just a one off... oh were we wrong. On a regular basis we work on colonies of 30 to 60 in one spot. We get busy trapping, transporting and spay/neutering. It is at these times we often need help feeding. Abandoned and feral cats face parasites and predators. Nutritious food is important! If any of our followers in the Texas County area would like to help, our friends at Paws N Claws have offered to be a drop-off point.
