So, I am taking a Intro to Baking & Pastry class this term. I am learning new techniques and I am already enjoying it. Today, the chef asked to use one of my cakes for a demo. When another student asked him what the cakes should look like, he pointed to mine and said, "Just like this." That made me feel pretty good, however, I have baked a few thousand cakes, so I better know what I am doing! :)
