On a very personal note: We are asking for prayer from all of you today. Last night at 11pm Jeff went to the ER in severe pain. He came home about 3 am this morning. Followed up with his doctor this morning and they sent us straight to the hospital for ultrasounds, CT scans and test. We just need prayers and a lot of wisdom right now. Dianna, Georgia & Taylor will still be doing this weeks delivery. Just be patient if we aren’t responding to messages as fast and we are not ...as well organized Saturday as we would like. I’m always hesitant to post our personal struggles on social media but today we really need every prayer and all your support this week. PLEASE don’t cancel your orders...we need you guys now as winters are hard enough. Without Jeff our kids and I have been carrying a huge load. We appreciate him more than ever and just need a miracle today. Our AMAZING Pastured TURKEY BREAST will be available for 2 SATURDAYS ONLY..and with a FREE KETO-FRIENDLY LOW-CARB RECIPE Boneless Skin-On Turkey Breast $7.99/lb (Approximately 3.5-5lbs) GARLIC & HERB ROASTED TURKEY BREAST RECIPE:... This roasted turkey breast is coated in a savory garlic and herb butter, then baked to golden brown perfection. The perfect quick and easy option for your small Thanksgiving meal without the hassle of a whole Turkey! INGREDIENTS: 4-6 lb Skin-On Turkey Breast 5 tablespoons butter softened (not melted 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon sage leaves finely minced 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary leaves finely minced 1 tablespoon thyme leaves finely minced 2 tablespoons parsley finely minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper rosemary sprigs for garnish optional Olive Oil or Butter to Coat Pan INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with Olive oil or butter Place the butter, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine. Loosen the skin of the turkey breast. Spread half of the butter underneath the skin of the turkey, and the other half of the butter on top of the turkey breast. Place the turkey in the baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until skin has just started to brown. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices. Check the temperature of the turkey by inserting a thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. The turkey can come out of the oven when the thermometer registers at least 160 degrees. Cover the turkey with foil and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F. Garnish with rosemary and serve. NOTES If your turkey breast is larger or smaller than the size indicated in the recipe, you can adjust the cook time accordingly. Turkey breast cooks for approximately 20 minutes per pound.

Easy Crock Pot Chicken & Noodles Ingredients: 4 Chicken Breasts, thawed (boneless/skinless) 3/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper... 1/2 tsp Onion Flakes 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, cut in slices 4 cups Chicken Broth 24 oz Pastimes Noodles or Gluten Free Noodles 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables (optional) (We use corn, carrots, green beans) Instructions: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Spread the soup over the top of the chicken. Add the sliced butter on top of the soup layer. Then pour brothover chicken/soup layers. Place the lid on the crock and cook on Low for 5-6 hours, or until chicken is done and can be easily shredded. Remove the chicken to a plate using tongs. Set aside. Add the noodles to the soup mixture (and frozen veggies, if using). Stir well. Place the lid back on and cook on High for another 1-2 hours, stirring halfway through cook time. Meanwhile, use two forks to shred the chicken. Then cover so it doesn't dry out. When the noodles are done, Add the shredded chicken to the crock and mix well. If the chicken and noodles is too thick for your liking, just add some water or broth. Serve hot and ENJOY!
