This year will be a very big year for Parkers. Hopefully y'all like big cuts of meat. We will be taking 300% more cryovac packages by the lb orders. More personal party's and events. Less hope for a food truck. And more hopes for a restaurant in the near future! Large cuts of meat as our specialty. Brisket, prime rib, tri tip, pulled pork, kc strip steaks, ribeye and sirloin steaks by the roast. Smoked Steaks cut to you're desired thickness. Full slabs of spare and baby back ribs.
