So we found a better material to finish the greenhouse roof with - Triple Wall Polycarbonate Multiwall Sheet, its even UV protected. Here's a pic of the crew we had helping us last week and one of Pete in a very unique position. Pete checked the roof in the storm last night and it was dry as a bone. I think we have come up with the perfect greenhouse design. I love mine and we could build one for you too. I'm about to sell some sweet basil, mint, parsley and many other herbs any day now.
