Paragon Fabrication

We're looking for a Custom Fabricator to join the team at Paragon Fabrication! The Custom Fabricator will help fabricate and assemble architectural scenic elements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare various substrates such as wood, plywood, acrylic, and metal for designed purpose. Glue, sand and apply finish to wood projects.... Assemble wood, metal, and other components. Participate in team meetings. Follow the instructions of supervisors. Communicate with supervisor and other departments on the status of the project. Analyze and review project plans, specifications, AutoCAD drawings, etc. to gain a full understanding of the project. Pack finished goods for shipment. Load and unload materials and finished products. Work in a safe manner following safety policies and procedures. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of relative experience in woodworking, metalworking, assembly or like field. The ability to follow instructions and have a strong sense of attention to detail.

Meet Jason Sylvester, Video Install Lead for Paragon 360. Jason ensures that every element of our video systems are installed with precision and the greatest attention to detail. Jason has spent the last twelve years in the live event production world. He has traveled with some of the largest corporate and musical acts in the nation. What's your claim to fame?... My claim to fame would be directing college basketball games for ESPN and having been the video engineer for the live event production of the world’s largest business seminar, Get Motivated, featuring speakers such as Colin Powell, Terry Bradshaw, past Presidents, and sports figures. What's the best thing about working at Paragon? One of the great things about working for Paragon is, of course, the deep experience of the staff. Lightweight, flexible, and budget-friendly. That's not how you would typically describe traditional masonry, but at Paragon 360, we mold, fabricate, and paint our own custom faux stone pieces. Meet JD Geyer, Project Manager for P360 Holdings. JD coordinates the design, fabrication, and installation stages of Paragon 360 and Paragon Fabrication projects. His job is to ensure that our internal processes and procedures result in the utmost satisfaction for our clients. JD has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry and earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from Purdue University. What is one song you know all the words to?...
