Well, I won a private chef dinner for 6 in the Toys for Tots charity auction organized by Angelia Crance Gaddis and Graciously donated by Angel Kim and tonight... was the night. Words.in no way do it justice. First course was a cheese,.fruit,.and meat tray that was off the hook. I actually think.my favorite item was.the chocolate cheese. Second course was the beef schimmi and brussel sprout topped.with mushrooms. Wow. The beef was amazing. Third course was a salad with vinegrette. So good. Fourth course was a butternut squash soup only Angelo Wannithantri will be able to explain. 5 course was.Waygu steak with potatoes and mixed vegetables. HEAVEN. 6 course was a.spinach tortillini. I'm about.to pop..... 7.course was a creme.brulea with whipped cream and candied pears..... Like I said, my words would not do it.justice. If you are EVER In the need of a special event,.a special.night,.or just need the most Awesome food, call Angelo or Angel Kim .
