Kay Parrish said the Gwen Marsten book she checked out of the OPQG Library inspired her to make this medallion wall hanging! The Sew Scrappy Too group had a lot of great Show and Tell items at their October meeting. The group meeting next month will be on November 9th. We hope you can join them!
Kathy Carr recently shared this quilt top at a recent Sew Scrappy group meeting. "The pattern is called tutti frutti by Bev Getschel. Quiltmaker magazine May/June 2017." Thanks for sharing, Kathy, it's a beauty!
In deference to the safety of our members, the OPQG board voted to cancel the October general meetings due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in Springfield and the surrounding areas. As a reminder, we do not have November or December meetings and have a holiday party in early December instead. Stay tuned regarding the holiday event. It's been a wild year and the safety of our members is a priority.
This quilt is truly incredible!
