During these trying times we are working hard to keep business moving. We are considered an essential business and will remain open until further notice is given. With that said, we have some new CDC and industry guidelines that we will be following. Only one side of the closing (buyer/seller) will be allowed in the closing room. We ask that the other party wait in their vehicle until they are contacted by us via phone that we are ready for them. Only people required ...to sign documents are permitted in the closing. No guests or children are permitted at this time. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building. Once you are done signing please exit the office and wait for further instructions as your closing might not be done. Please don't leave until you have been instructed to do so. If you have been sick or been in contact with anyone who is sick or traveled to a highly affected COVID-19 area, please reschedule your appointment or we can help you make other accommodations.
