May is #mentalhealthawareness Month. This month and all year long at OLI, we promote our families’ mental health through support from our counselors, child advocates, and other staff, as well as referrals to community partners

We love to learn while we play! Our kiddos have been learning about the plants in our garden on sunny days, and having fun on rainy days with a colorful obstacle course to work on gross motor skills

We are seeking candidates for a Program Director to manage the daily operations of our maternity home located in St. Louis City. Candidates must be passionate about the agency’s mission, be experienced in a residential setting and have worked within a trauma informed care model of service delivery. The Program Director is responsible for program service delivery, and supervision of staff and clients within the home. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends as necessary to support the agency’s needs. A qualified candidate will have an MSW or Masters’ Degree in related field. Case management and supervisory experience required.
