Otis B's Artisan Jam

Pineberry Reapanero #1 For those asking, this jam has a fruit base of pineapple and mixed berries with home grown Carolina Reaper and Habanero chilis. We don't normally use chilis hotter than Habanero (200,000-350,000 SHU) since most folks can't take the higher heat and longevity of the burn that comes from the super-hots. This batch was a special request and gave us a chance to use some of the reapers we kept from last season.... Hoping it turns out good.
