A fantastic workout should make you look and feel amazing! For today's #FactsBehindtheTheory we're taking fitness beyond the studio with some nutrition tips to help reach your goals! 1. Fuel up for OTF with an easily digestible snack like fruit. Then refuel after OTF with protein and carbs to help recover. 2. Start with challenging but doable nutrition you can maintain - including simple, whole foods, ideally without a label. 3. Hydration is key so drink plenty of water before during and after your workout. To help prevent cramping try adding electrolytes to the mix.
