July 2019 vs October 2020 Injuries, sicknesses, and quarantine handed me some setbacks during these 15 months of my fitness journey, but I never completely gave up. At times I feel like I’m plateauing or not making progress, but then I compare pictures like these. I’ve come such a long way and it’s hard to believe where I started. Once I start deciding to actually eat right it’s over!
