REMINDER: SOMO MLS now prohibits posting to social media or advertising a listing without the express permission of the Listing Broker. (See SOMO MLS Rules & Regs Section 2.7, located in Flex MLS Intranet.) In an effort to reduce unauthorized advertising on social media, the options to share a listing to Facebook or Twitter are restricted to only the Listing Agent/Broker. Members can still share any list...ing via email and/or permalink to their clients from the listing detail screen.
