Notice of Temporary closure effective March 21, 2020 Our top priority is the health and well being of our patients, families, staff, and community. In this extraordinary time, we are committed to keeping everyone safe. In light of the evolving pandemic and an abundance of caution, we have decided to close our practice temporarily. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and assist in the following of the Center for Dise...ase Control and Prevention's (CDC) guidance on social distancing. The office will be on call in the event of an emergency. Should you require emergency care, please call our office as you usually would, and an emergency phone number is on our voice mail.
