This may be the strangest post I’ve ever posted but here goes... I have to apologize to all of you who called Oi during the pandemic and left a message on the voicemail. I did not get your messages or, at least, many of your messages it appears. If I didn’t return your call, I didn’t get a message. I checked messages daily or nearly every day depending on what was happening in my life.. some of which was not so pleasant.. so I did miss checking but only a day or two. Tha...t said, I’ve also now had a few people tell me about the MAN they spoke to when they called Oi... there should not have been a man that any of you spoke to, only a female voice.. mine. The Oi phone was supposedly forwarded to a cell phone I purchased strictly for the purpose of not missing any Oi calls through the pandemic. If I did miss a call it was supposedly forwarded into voicemail.. my voicemail... AND taking a message. There was not supposed to be a man answering the phone in any part of the equation. I have no idea where the calls/messages were forwarded to, but not to my voicemail apparently, and I have no idea who the man was who was taking calls. No clue.. but working to solve this one. So strange and certainly distressing. I, again, apologize.. profusely.. for unanswered calls and messages. I hope if you, too, spoke with this gentleman, whoever he might have been, that he was polite (I have not heard otherwise and hope not to, obviously). What I do know is I haven’t worked hard for 40 years to build my business and then ignore phone messages from the most wonderful clientele there is anywhere. I would never have purposely done that, I promise.
