Gratitude helps to bring sunshine into our lives! Gratitude is not just for big achievements and blessingsit’s a cultivation of a deeper awareness of how much joy is available in our daily life. When we choose to notice and appreciate, we realize the abundance and beauty of our lives. Gratitude reveals itself in our family, friends, a great cup of coffee first thing in the morning, a sunset, or in even deeper levels of appreciation for our physical bodies and the wonder of this physical existence. It’s as simple as saying or feeling that thank you in those little moments. What are you grateful for today?

New classes are in bloom! I’ll be teaching a workshop for parents on how to assist your children in grounding, clearing, and balancing their energy field to keep joy, peace, and clarity flowing for both you and your little ones. This class can help you to better understand and connect with your children and will provide tools for empowerment for the whole family. What would you want to learn in a workshop like this? Adding a ritual into your life does not have to be complex! It can be as simple as lighting a candle. Homes used to have a central hearth for warmth, food, and gathering. This was a communal place to share stories and feel safe and connected. By lighting a candle, you can re-create this space in your home. A candle, especially placed in a central location, is an invitation to recognize the heart of your home and cultivate warmth, community, and gratitude. What are some ways you invite ritual into your life?

We had the second Energy Body Awareness class this weekend. Thank you to everyone who attended in September and this last Sunday. I'm thrilled and grateful that so many people are interested in this work and expanding their consciousness.
