Old Bus Stop Art Gallery proprietor Max Scheske on the eve of her 2021 birthday. Maxine was dancing at Cozy Bailey's Thank You celebration at the American Legion in St. Clair. Today is her birthday. I'm not telling how many decades young she is! Happy Birthday, And thanks for all you do for so many people!
Photos off Max's Camera: St. Pat's celebration: Eugene Vale and snake bread. The Bus Stop was open briefly for a friends and family St. Pats. There are other photos scattered around--here is another one.
Max Scheske is cleaning the walls and the garage of the Old Bus Stop Art Gallery. If you are an early member of the Art Club, and haven't actively participated in some years, she would like you to contact her and come by and pick up your paintings. Current (say since 2018) active artists-- you will still have your best and newest work hanging for sale, but she really would like surplus paintings, all painted rocks and boxes, jewelry and such removed by May 1. No one knows what will happen re tourists this year, and she'd like to be able to be flexible once the situation develops. If you don't fall into any category above and have other creations not mentioned at the Gallery, please contact her at 314 606 6136.
This is to the Old Bus Stop People in St. Clair. At least someone (Marty Hinterlong) is being proactive. https://docs.google.com//1FAIpQLSeKwFtU26aQvcQLDz/viewform

If anyone is interested, contact Melisa Harman at St. Johns. - Jo Schaper 4:03 PM Melisa Harman Melisa... Hello! I am currently working to organize St Clair first Annual Back to School Fair. We are still trying to reach all the community businesses to see if donation is possible. Any of the items listed on the flyer are an option (school supplies, hygiene items, breakfast bars or lunch type items that are non perishable) or if you would like us to shop for you we are happy to do so. Check would be made to St. John UCC. Thank you for your consideration. See more
