Due to a rapid increase in positive COVID-19 in St. Louis County(especially in Kirkwood!), the County Executive has recommended self-restricting the numbers of customers inside businesses before making it a mandate. In order to better the chance of mandated restrictions , or even worse mandated CLOSINGS, O.K. Hatchery will volunteer to do the following: LIMITED shopping in O.K. Hatchery inside retail area - Limit of 3 customers inside the store at a time. At the direction of ...the sidewalk personnel, enter the front foyer and use the hand sanitizer. For the safety of other shoppers and store personnel, please WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR including a face mask. Sidewalk assistance is still available for in-person purchases or previously ordered pick-ups. Orders for drive-thru pick up are still accepted by phone with payment information supplied at time of order if you prefer a contactless transaction. Phone numbers are 314-822-0083 and 314-822-9976. Contactless pick-up is at the back of the building by entering the East side between parking lot & Christopher’s entrance and around the building to the second corner!
