Halloween fun at the Clerk’s office!!

Our office can no longer mail out Absentee and Mail-in ballots. If you are wanting to absentee vote, our office is still open for walk-ins Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. We will also be open the Saturday before the election (Oct 31st) from 8am-12pm.

Reminder: Tomorrow is the last day we are able to mail out Absentee and Mail-in ballots for the November 3rd Election. The request MUST be in our office (emailed, faxed, or walked in) by 5pm. Requests for the Mail-in ballot option need to be walked in or received through the mail. They CAN NOT be turned in by email or fax. You can email or fax Absentee by mail requests. Our office will still be open for walk-in absentees until the day before the election. The request forms DO NOT need to be notarized.

For any absentee voters that are unable to make it up the stairs, we do have a ramp on the East side (Lexington St). We also offer Curbside voting for those who cannot make it into the building. You will just need to call 816-380-8102 when you have arrived and we will send out a bi-partisan team to help you.
