ANNUAL QUERIES ANNOUNCEMENT: Employers of CDL drivers must conduct a query of the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Clearinghouse at least once per year for each CDL driver they employ. The FMCSA’s (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Drug & Alcohol Clearing House is now operational and mandatory use is now in effect to help keep roads safer for all drivers.
