There is pending legislation in the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate that will seriously harm the legal rights of those affected by asbestos exposure. Year after year, the O’Brien Law Firm is actively involved in fighting this legislation in Jefferson City. Our lawyers testify against these Bills in House and Senate Committee hearings, lobby lawmakers to oppose them, and financially support politicians willing to fight for the rights of asbestos victims in our Ca...pitol. This past weekend, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis began distributing gifts, arts and crafts kits, hygiene packets, and food for their annual Motion for Kids event. Motion for Kids provides gifts to 2,500 St. Louis area children who are in foster care or whose lives have been impacted by the criminal justice system. We are proud to continue our support of Motion for Kids to spread some holiday cheer to local families, especially this year.

The 45th Annual Soulard Holiday Parlour Tour has gone virtual this year! While past in-person tours have been ticketed, this year’s virtual tour is free (donations are appreciated). The O'Brien Law Firm is proud to support our historic neighborhood and events like these.
